Where do I even begin?

Firstly, THANK YOU!

I wanted to take the opportunity to write to you given the incredible experience I had with you both personally, professionally as the representation of Global Weddings in Bali at The Ungasan on July 7th, 2023.

Words cannot express our appreciation.

We knew when selecting a wedding planner, we were signing with the best, but I was truly in awe of everything you both did for us on that special day, that I couldn't have imagined my day without you both. When we look back on our special day, we cannot wipe the smile off our faces. The happiness and joy you both created will be carried with us forever; truly!

Hayley, you were amazing to correspond with over the past 3 years and nothing was ever too difficult. You worked with our vision from the very beginning, through to the end. Thank you for all the work you personally did on our event, both in the lead up and the many virtual meetings, to the very day itself. Our wedding day blew our minds and was better than we could have ever imagined. You made our dreams come true!

You really have a wonderful client focused demeanour with kindness and a cool, calm approach to everything. You handled everything with ease and that calmed us throughout such a big moment. The client proposal was incredibly well crafted, and your vendor recommendations were all impeccable. Thank you for thinking about our day beyond the pages and really trying to vision and link it all so it makes sense and ensuring it would flow well e.g. perfect quantity/volume of florals and drinks for after the wedding etc. The small details were what made this such a phenomenal day.

Planning a wedding abroad is incredibly dauting (as you both know) and the unknowns surrounding hoping and praying that it will all happen as you as a bride, hope and dream it would be.Even moreso during the pandemic delays.

The moment I met you both in person and had the opportunity to review everything step by step, I was reassured that we were in the right hands. The professionalism, the attention to detail and what felt like personal investment in our day was amazing. You both were so professional and organized!

Michelle. Wow! You are a powerhouse! We had absolutely no contact in the lead up to the wedding (until only days before) and your vision, flow, organization, advice, methodical approach, and experience was WOW! I understand the client proposal is a great start, however it was as if you had been on the journey with my husband, Hayley and I the entire time! You and Hayley complement each other so well! You took my anxieties/concerns and had a solution for absolutely everything. thank you!

The day itself, you both helped every. Single. step. Of the way. From contingency from the rain to photos before having to relocate the outdoor set up, to rearranging seating during cocktail hour, to rearranging my bouquets, nothing was too difficult and you were worker angles not worker ants, you were absolute angels. Neil and I were able to breath and just flow with the day and soak up every moment. As I am sure you've heard before, it went by way to fast.

I was devasted that I didn't get to say a proper thank you and goodbye. I was personally invested, so hope you receive this email as the deepest heart felt thank you and appreciate everything you both did, So, thank you, again!
